I normally don't do this but I would like to comment on my recent windshield replacement. I have a Lexus IS300 and when I rock hit my windshield about 3 weeks ago I contacted the last company I had dealt with, Glassmax. According to them Lexus glass was not available but they could use the same Pilkington glass they had used before. I reluctantly said ok and scheduled my appointment, 6 days out was the soonest they had available. Stayed home from work that day to meet the technician, they did show up on time and had the glass, but didn't have any molding and had to reschedule. Seems to me that molding would be something you would think of ahead of time and bring with you? They said they would order the molding from Lexus and contact me when it arrives. 2 weeks later and no response. So I gave up and contacted GlasTek upon a recommendation from Arrowhead Lexus. I spoke with Lynn that morning and had an appointment the very next day, with Lexus factory glass that I was told was unavailable. Brent showed up on time, installed the glass and unlike the last windshield I had there are absolutely no creaks or rattles whatsoever. I just wanted to pass this along and compliment your company and the people working for it. I will not hesitate to call GlasTek in the future and will recommend you to everyone I know.
